Milestones
Goals
- In a regular company. Let’s pretend I was starting a company for real with AJ and JJ.
- I would say. Let’s go tackle this market.
- I would build a lean canvas
- I would build a product roadmap.
- I think I know enough for the product roadmap.
- What I need to do is to set up the weekly meetings for this work.
- Because things will only get done when there is time and attention.
Weekly E-staff
Marketing Workstream
- At this point JJ is the only employee and she does all of it. She has the full gamut of projects and a lot of her projects are setting up the workstreams.
- Content workstream.
- Goal: Set up a content roadmap, calendar, etc
- At this point it is JJ building the content, publishing it
- And in the future there might be tooling here
- SLP list-building workstream.
- Collect SLP info and why they are a good contact
- Craft an email template
- Send an email asking them for feedback.
- What is the core motion?
- Tell someone. Ask someone to try it.
- What is the key measurement?
- Are we building a list?
- Are people giving us feedback?
- Once we have people giving us feedback then things can move forward organically.
- What is a key milestone here?
- We want the content pipeline working and new content being delivered. We’re almost there. We have some tweaks needed to the template.
Product & Engineering workstream
- We have 3 very simple apps out there.
- We have an endless number of tickets.
- SEO for eg: Add sitemap, publish to the
Process Questions
- Meeting
- times and cadences
- When are we doing the work?
- Cost?
- Do we save prompt exchanges from Cline?
- Do we keep track of the AI costs.
- How do we track?
- Do we have a milestone blog? That explains what happens?
- Maybe it’s just a meeting type and log.
- Let’s just start there.
- The top of the file is the list of open items. That’s all.
- How do we communicate?
- Every week there is a weekly dispatch that sends out an email about this.
Rewards, Metrics, etc
- Get the basic 3 hours a week to start.
- Cap the work to e-staff, marketing, and product.

Autonomous mode / attention
- Currently I need to pay attention to have this engine. How could we make this autonomous.
- The simplest way to do this is to have content on auto-pilot so we have one post and one social media thing going out regularly.
- Chances are someone has already done this? Should we buy the service? or build it ourselves?
